Anna van Gerve

In 2009 Anna van Gerve (1986) graduated from the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam. In 2012 she obtained her bachelor's degree in Art History at the University of Amsterdam. She then completed the research master Art Studies in 2014, specialising in architectural history. After she won the Elle Literature Competition in 2009, her stories have been published in the literary magazine Met Andere Zinnen, in ANS and in the online magazine hard//hoofd. Her articles have also been published in Simulacrum Scientific Journal for art and culture, Cascade Bulletin for garden history and in De Witte Raaf.

At the beginning of 2017, she formed the designer duo Kaplum together with artist Alper Demir .
